  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as custom-made or personalized products, are not eligible for return.

  • Shipping: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Refunds

  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Partial Refunds: Only partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

4. Exchanges
